No Gran Turismo for PSP this year, will be a satellite game

Gran Turismo creator, Kazunori Yamauchi, has said that "I don't think Gran Turismo Mobile will make this year, but we are hoping to make the PSP version a satellite game, like an addition to GT5." He also said that they were hoping to make Gran Turismo for Boys (originally announced for PS2) a feature within GT5.

Japan is getting yet another addition to their family of PSP colors. On April 24th, the brown PSP will be introduced for 23,800 yen.

Sony senior marketing manager, John Koller, revealed during a Wedbush Morgan conference panel on casual gaming today that they want to make the PSP less of a "PlayStation Personal" and more of a "PlayStation Social." Blizzrad of AcidMods has managed to connect a DualShock controller through a 25 pin connector mounted in the right side of the PSP. The DualShock can control all of the PSP buttons (except for the volume and backilght) and can turn the PSP on and off.

SCEJ today announced that it would release “PLAYSTATION Eye” pack for PS3 in Japan, on July 24, 2008, at a recommended retail price of 5,000 yen that includes 6 software titles. They also announced two new Metallic Blue PSP bundles and that it would introduce a new PS2 color “Cinnabar Red”.
Europe getting PSP video download service from Sky

PlayStation and Sky have announced the Go!View video download service service for PSP that will go live in the summer. Go!View will work on either a subscription or pay-per-view basis and users will need to register on the Go!View website where they can then download content to the PSP via their PC rather than via Sky box hook up.
